Policy for internship registration and service payments.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to internship registration payments made through MySoftway Technology.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 5 days from the date of payment.
- Once internship access, training material, or sessions have been provided, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments may be reviewed and refunded after verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method used during payment.
- Refund requests are subject to verification by our team.
